Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking and payment

All Coastline Wellness classes and events are booked through Heylo. Payment is due at the time of registration.

Cancelling your spot

If you cancel before the 24-hour window (more than 24 hours before class begins), you’ll receive a refund.

Classes have limited spots, so please cancel as early as you can if you can’t make it. People on the waitlist may want your spot.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made within 24 hours of class, and missed classes, are not eligible for a refund.

If Coastline cancels a class

If we need to cancel or reschedule a class, everyone registered will be notified through Heylo and offered a full refund.

Special events and workshops

Some special events may have their own cancellation terms. When they do, they’ll be listed on the event’s Heylo page.
